Discovery Call

Not a phone person? Same. If you're a fellow millennial and phone calls give you the ick, you can totally fill out this Discovery Form instead. We’ll gather information about your business, goals, and design needs so we can get to know you and recommend the best next step.
Cozy Kickoff
Now that we’ve met, it’s time to get your creative foundation in place.
Includes two 30-minute calls and a Brand Snapshot to get us aligned. We’ll review your existing assets, map out your first project, and make sure everything feels like you.
Choose a Plan
Monthly, one-time, or somewhere in between.
Pick the monthly plan that fits your pace- or go à la carte with support as you need it. Whether you want ongoing help or just a little design magic here and there, we’ll find the right setup for you.

Not necessarily! If you already have a logo, color palette, and general vibe—amazing. If not, we’ll start with a Cozy Kickoff and build a mini Brand Snapshot to guide everything we create together.

We work with clients anywhere in the U.S. — no matter your zip code, we’ve got you covered. Most of our creative collaboration happens virtually, so distance is never an issue.
If you're located in the Portland Metro area, we can offer more hands-on support when needed (think: in-person visits, photo shoots, or creative planning sessions). Need us on-site somewhere else? We're happy to travel for special projects — just note that travel fees apply and will be quoted case-by-case.

Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch to à la carte anytime. We keep things flexible so your creative support always fits your pace (and your budget). We do ask for 30 days notice for changes made to subscriptions.

No worries! If you're more of a “one-and-done” type or just need help from time to time, Cozy A La Carte is made for that. No subscriptions, no pressure—just design help when you need it. Please note that a one-time fee of $250 and Cozy Kickoff is still required.

Turnaround times vary depending on the type of project and how many requests you have in the queue. Most projects are scheduled about a month in advance to ensure timely delivery—but we’re always open to last-minute ideas! Just send us the details, and we’ll let you know what’s doable and when to expect it.

Unused hours don’t roll over, so we recommend submitting requests throughout the month to get the most out of your plan. We’re happy to help brainstorm how to use your remaining time if you’re not sure where to start.

Heck yes! Content brainstorming is a service we offer (and bill for), so if you’re feeling stuck, we can spend time generating ideas together. Whether we’re designing, bouncing around ideas, or just talking it out, it all counts toward your monthly hours.

No stress! Extra hours are billed at $64/hour—that’s 20% off our regular hourly rate for active monthly clients.
