Cozy Kickoff

Now that we’ve met, it’s time to get your creative foundation in place.


The Cozy Kickoff includes two 30-minute calls and a personalized Brand Snapshot to get us aligned. We’ll review your current assets, define what success looks like, and set up your first round of creative work with clarity and direction.

Scalable, simple support, billed by the hour.

Instead of flat-rate packages, you choose how much support you need each month. The more hours you book, the lower your hourly rate. Whether you need just a few quick projects or full-scale creative help, we’ll build a rhythm that fits.

  • Not necessarily! If you already have a logo, color palette, and general vibe—amazing. If not, we’ll start with a Cozy Kickoff and build a mini Brand Snapshot to guide everything we create together.

  • We work with clients anywhere in the U.S. — no matter your zip code, we’ve got you covered. Most of our creative collaboration happens virtually, so distance is never an issue.

    If you're located in the Portland Metro area, we can offer more hands-on support when needed (think: in-person visits, photo shoots, or creative planning sessions). Need us on-site somewhere else? We're happy to travel for special projects — just note that travel fees apply and will be quoted case-by-case.

  • Turnaround times vary depending on the type of project and how many requests you have in the queue. Most projects are scheduled about a month in advance to ensure timely delivery—but we’re always open to last-minute ideas! Just send us the details, and we’ll let you know what’s doable and when to expect it.

  • Heck yes! Content brainstorming is a service we offer (and bill for), so if you’re feeling stuck, we can spend time generating ideas together. Whether we’re designing, bouncing around ideas, or just talking it out, it all counts toward your monthly hours.

  • Yes! Transparency is a big part of how we work. You'll receive a clear estimate or proposal before any project begins, outlining the scope of work and expected costs. If anything changes along the way, we will check in before moving forward—no surprise charges, ever.
